I own a flat in Exeter but I live 170 miles away in Leamington Spa. Can you offer any advice as to how to make the building more energy efficient? The latest EPC, carried out on behalf of the letting agency (Rosewood Properties) last year, gave the flat an E rating based on the assumption that the roof was not insulated. However the management company for the whole building (HLM Property Management) tell me that the roof was insulated in 2015. How do I resolve this discrepancy?
